Share in the magic and natural wonders of Africa's most famous Mountain

For its size, Table Mountain is the richest plant kingdom on earth and home to an extraordinary variety of animals, many found only here.

Remarkably, all this great wealth of life is surrounded by a bustling city. Porcupines raid vegetable gardens, penguins walk over sunbathers and baboons even hitch rides on vehicles!

Everything is ruled by the Mountain's ever-changing seasonal moods; scorching summers with vital thirst-quenching cloud; what at first seem like killer fires; the terrifying storms of the Cape winter followed by the tranquillity and beauty of spring.

After dramatic political changes, it's no surprise that Table Mountain and the Cape are now South Africa's premier tourist spot, although the ever-growing city is putting immense pressure on this very special corner of Africa.

Filmed over two years, this is, surprisingly, the first in-depth wildlife film on Table Mountain and coincides with the establishment of the Cape Peninsula National Park.
